Afghanistan is moving from a war-stricken stage to a developing stage. During this process of transition a lot of components need to be combined. One of the most important components which can directly and most effectively facilitate the transition process is an improved health sector.MS joint venture (Massoud Foundation and Smartechgroup) has taken several steps in order to improve the current medical processing system. One of its initiatives is the launching of medical screening services in Afghanistan. MS joint venture in order to develop an automated Information System which provides better health services to our customer and the customer employees who can be employed by HR section without any possible headache. Launching such services will not only facilitate the working process but will also present standard technology and consequent reduction of infectious diseases.The MS joint venture is responsible for collecting, managing, issuing and tracking of thousands of registered enrollee’s medical checkup every year. The main function of the Joint venture consists of issuing certificates based on system review, physical exam, complete lab tests, past history and immunization. The MS through its IT department realizes the importance of good information management and emphasizes the development of such web sites and data bases. This service gives a complete description of the health status and technical specifications of medical tests. It has a set of medical cases that explains the diseases that the clients suffer. Besides the case studies, it also offers statistics regarding infectious and communicable diseases. The information prepared by this project is mainly intended for the stakeholders, project managers, doctors, customers and implementers. The web site is designed for stakeholders involved in this project.
